Establishing an account for just a one-time use is also a good method for Event Managers and Meeting Planners to manage the transportation for their group.

We have account options in place that are designed to maximize the time you save and while increasing reservation accuracy.

Establishing an account with us is a simple and cost-effective way to manage your transportation needs. There is no cost in establishing an account with us and you may use this account for any of our services as frequently as you would like. We provide all of our clients with the advantage of a 24-hour, year round, personalized service and you can rest assured that we will invariably handle you and your clients with the utmost of care and professionalism. Your account also allows you to incorporate our services more seamlessly into your existing business and many companies integrate our transportation services as a value-added benefit to their own clients.

Additionally, for the protection of your business and your clients we carry at minimum a one million dollar insurance policy for all of our account holders.

Credit Card Charge Accounts

Frequent travelers or regular to average users will benefit from the convenience of our Credit Card Account that simply bills your fares directly to your credit card. It makes pre-paying for future reservations faster and easier than ever and are the most popular form of corporate and personal charge accounts.

For our corporate clients who frequently employ our limousine and sedan services, Sierra Transportation offers corporate accounts, which are designed to expedite the limousine booking process. We have developed this system and made it available online and over telephone lines in order to meet the individual needs of you, our most valued corporate clients.

Designed to maximize time saved and reservation accuracy, our corporate accounts system allows your travel staff to request ground transportation for your associates quickly and easily. In order to simplify payment for services rendered by Sierra Transportation a billing system will be put in place as soon as your application has been processed.

 

Direct Monthly Billing Accounts

This option is ideal for our higher-volume users and is well suited for businesses such as travel agents, hotels and resorts and popular nightclubs and restaurants. A Direct Monthly Billing Account allows all of your trips to be charged to your account and you will be issued one consolidated bill every month.

Download Your Account Application

For your convenience we've made our account applications available for online download. You may select from either a PDF or Microsoft Word DOC file, whichever file format you'd prefer, and return it using the contact info on the application. After we process your application you will be issued an account number and this will be what you refer to when calling in for service. This process typically takes just a day or so and may be expedited should there be time constraints.
